Process must be necessary linking equipment (draining, droplets, natural cooling, lip-rolling equipment), off-line equipment (release, packaging). Process transmission line is to meet the needs of two-hand mold production. Chain transmission has the main rail and auxiliary rail. According to the process line layout, it has two transmission stations, configuration of the spread device and chain tightening device. Each oven adopts the heating method inside and outside by thermal oil, and with the circulation outside the fan. And the oven temperature control is automatically adjusted. Each process tank is heated with thermal oil/or steam.
