Conventional Rotator Design Features:
It is widely used for welding, installation, and polishing of cylindrical components in oil and gas, platform supports, storage tanks, tankers, pressure vessels,wind power, pipelines, boiler, boiler, shipyard, steel structures, nuclear power, and a multitude of other industries.
Turning rolls simplify the rotation of cylindrical containers during welding and fabrication, enhancing production quality and efficiency. The powered drive units are expertly controlled by a five-function pendant featuring a variable speed potentiometer, granting the operator full command over the rotating vessel.
This system is significantly more user-friendly compared to the conventional standard bolt type.
With the bolt type system, wheel adjustments require loosening and tightening bolts, which can be cumbersome.
