RBD beef tallow is a hard refined, bleached, deodorized food grade beef tallow produced by a food-licensed factory. Through the advanced rendering process as below, it is a very high quality product and can be widely used in skincare products.
Frozen raw beef fat → Selection → Breaking (3-5cm) → Extracting(100~120ºC)→ 1st Filtration → Crude oil → Physical refining (De-adulteration, Degumming, Dehydration, Decolorization, Deacidification, Deodorization) → 2nd Filtration(1μm) → Rapid cooling → Packing → Inspection → Finished products
