Main Uses:
5-aminosalicylic acid drug name mesalazine, has been widely used to treat Crobn's Disease (Crobn's Disease) and ulcerative colitis. Because the structure of 5-aminosalicylic acid contains amino, hydroxyl and carboxylic groups, it can be modified by a variety of chemical reactions to produce different drugs, such as 5-ASA glutamate, glucan 5-ASA ester, 5-ASA methyl ester, etc., which is a very important precursor drug and clinical drug.
