The Super T Self-Priming Trash Pump is engineered for cost-effective and hassle-free operation, adeptly managing solids-laden liquids and slurries. The innovative large volute design ensures automatic re-priming within a fully open system, eliminating the need for suction or discharge check valves. This feature allows the pump to function even when partially filled with liquid or with a completely dry suction line.

These pumps can accommodate spherical solids up to 76mm, depending on the model. For maintenance and repairs, the entire rotating assembly can be removed seamlessly without disrupting the pump casing or connected pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime.

Mirroring the reliability and performance of the ST self-priming pump, the Super T pump incorporates advanced design enhancements such as external shimless adjustments, dual bearing protection, and an ergonomic 'easy-grip' cover plate handle. The versatile combination of different pump sizes, impeller trims, and speed variations guarantees the perfect pump capacity tailored to your system's demands, from small sub-divisions to expansive waste collection systems.

External Shimless Adjustment

Our external shimless cover plate facilitates effortless clearance adjustments between the impeller and the wearplate, negating the need for realignment of belts, couplings, or other drive components. This adjustment does not alter the seal assembly height or the impeller back clearance. The unique collar and adjusting screw allow fine-tuning with ease, and the collar locks in place even if the cover plate is removed, thus doubling the lifespan of the impeller and wearplate while maintaining peak pump efficiency.

Solids Handling
The two-vane, semi-open solids handling impeller accommodates solids up to 3" (75 mm) in diameter, depending on the pump model. The pump-out vanes on the impeller shroud help minimize buildup of foreign materials behind the impeller, reducing pressure on the seal and bearings.

Exclusive Mechanical Seal
Our exclusive double-floating, self-aligning, oil-lubricated mechanical cartridge seal features stationary and rotating faces made of silicon carbide or tungsten titanium carbide, specifically crafted for abrasive industrial applications. This seal is available for 3", 4", and 6" (75 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm) pump models, with optional seals also available.

Removable Cover Plate with "Easy-Grip" Handle
The removable cover plate, equipped with an 'easy-grip' handle and pusher bolt capability, allows for swift and effortless access to the pump's interior without disconnecting the piping. This feature enables rapid removal of clogs and quick return to service, as well as easy inspection or servicing of the impeller, seal, wearplate, and flap valve through the cover plate opening.

Removable Rotating Assembly
Inspecting the pump shaft or bearings is straightforward, thanks to the removable rotating assembly. By simply extracting four bolts from the back of the pump, the entire assembly slides out without affecting the pump casing or piping.

Dual Protection of Bearings
The atmospheric isolation of the seal cavity ensures comprehensive protection for the bearings. This unique design feature also allows for external monitoring, enhancing the pump's reliability and longevity.
