Product Description
The process flow of the Hapl-2 (Single temperature zone) Multi-Station Vacuum Potting (Glue Dispensing) and Curing Production Line is:
Loading→preheating→vacuum potting→ferrying→ curing→ cooling →discharge (followed by loading)
High safety
Surface Low-load finned electric heating tubes, with surface temperature less than 350 ºC, which eliminates combustion and explosion hazards;
Electric forced ventilation, keeping the concentration of dangerous gases in the preheating and curing chambers within the safe range;
Interlocking of the forced ventilation fan, circulating fan and heating power supply.
The lifting door of the heating chamber is sealed, preventing heat from dissipate outside;
The surface temperature rise is ≤ room temperature + 15ºC.
Smooth operation
Mechanical positioning- accurate and reliable
The double-speed chain is used for load bearing, and the conveyor chain is used for conveyance. Load bearing and conveyance are separated, which is one of our patented technologies.
Long service life
The heating tubes are robust and durable;
The heating chamber has no conveyance mechanism or electronic positioning device, nor pneumatic blocking mechanism or element, so the operation is stable, and it can operate for a long time with no or little maintenance and aging.
Quality assurance:
Programmed temperature control at preheating and curing stages to meet the requirements for multi-stage temperature for curing;
Horizontal or vertical blast are available, depending on your products;
The temperature uniformity is enhanced to be within ±5ºC, guaranteeing the quality of your products.
