Manufacturers use adhesives to fabricate numerous filter components - to assemble the filter media itself, bond the filter media into a frame or end cap or install the gasket. Many of these adhesives include sealants or casting compounds. This type of adhesive normally use two component polyurethane . Our glue potting machine is apply for those kind of polyurethane materials, which can be mixed in high precision and make good sealing effect .
Some assembly processes require the attributes of both an adhesive and a sealant. For this purpose ,two substrates to bond them together, whereas a sealant is a substance placed into avoid to prevent liquid or gas leakage. For example, when pleated media are bonded into a metal frame or end cap, the adhesive must hold the filter together and provide . So high quality adhesive and glue machine is very important in the production process .

Liquid A & B are kept in two tanks separately. There are two sets of metering pumps inside the machine, draining out liquids individually from tank A & B. Liquid A & B mix with each other in the mixer pipe and dispensed out according to the programmable data.
