SZM-11SP series is the latest evolution of a range edging machinery regarded as a STANDARD in the glass field for its reliability, easy operating and for the quality of the end product. As a result of Singip spirit, gained in 40 years Chinese development of glass industry, SZM-11SP straight-line edgers are available in various configurations for every need and for any glass fabricator.
EXCELLENT LOAD CAPACITY
By using one of the most modern modelling systems (FEA, Finite Element Analysis), SZM structures have been strengthened. With cast iron on main structure (bedplate, beams and stand column), the advanced dimensioning allows fabricating large, thicker glass sheets (up to 200 kg) without any concern.
Quality of the end product
After many years of advanced research on materials, the Singip conveyor does not need ball bearings because it is extremely precise and easy to service. The strengthen structure with cast iron reduce the vibrations and excellent motor with twin bears produce excellent grinding quality
Minimized maintenance costs
Singip straight line edging machines are recognized for their reliability, minimal maintenance and longevity. The maintenance free conveyor, the centralized lubrication system and the inlet and outlet arms equipped with synchronous belt that can be individually replaced are common features for all models.

Singip control panels stand for user-friendliness, flexibility and functionality.
The edging machine equipped with new structure electric cabinet. The control panel is covered with glue that can protect the function sign permanently without faded.
