By using one of the most modern modelling systems (FEA, Finite Element Analysis), SZM structures have been strengthened. With cast iron on main structure (bedplate, beams and stand column), the advanced dimensioning allows fabricating large, thicker glass sheets (up to 200 kg) without any concern.
Quality of the End product
After many years of advanced research on materials, the Singip conveyor does not need ball bearings because it is extremely precise and easy to service. The strengthen structure with cast iron reduce the vibrations and excellent motor with twin bears produce excellent grinding quality.
