Please provide a formal price quotation and manufacturing timeline for a custom Composite Hot Air Curing Oven optimized for processing out-of-autoclave prepreg carbon fiber parts.

The required engineering specifications are as follows:

1. Working Chamber Dimensions & Door Geometry
Internal Dimensions (Width × Depth × Height): 1830 mm × 3050 mm × 1220 mm (Exactly 6 ft Width × 10 ft Depth × 4 ft Height).

Door Configuration: Double opening doors mounted entirely on the 1830 mm (6 ft) side to allow complete, full-width access to the chamber.

Chamber Floor: Completely flat to allow a loading cart to roll freely into the full 10 ft depth of the oven.

2. Internal Loading & Shelving Setup (Hybrid Design)
Removable Shelves: The oven must include removable internal side-wall tracking brackets with three (3) slide-in/removable heavy-duty wire mesh shelves. This will allow us to remove the shelves completely to load large individual molds on a cart, or insert them for batch-curing smaller components.

Loading Cart: Include one (1) heavy-duty rolling cart optimized to fit the flat floor footprint.

3. Thermal Performance & Controls
Maximum Working Temperature: 250°C (482°F).

Heating Control: Programmed cascade heating control instrument (30-segment programmable PID automatic adjustment) to strictly regulate heating and cooling ramp rates at 1°C per minute.

Data Recording: A multiple-channel paperless temperature recorder with twelve (12) thermocouple sensor channels supporting U-disk data output.

Air Method: Forced air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution across the entire chamber.

4. Vacuum Infrastructure & Utilities
Vacuum Ports: Eight (8) vacuum ports total, configured as four (4) independent Vacuum Source lines with integrated filter traps and gauges, and four (4) independent Static Vacuum Probe lines.

Vacuum Pump: Please include the fully integrated vacuum pump device option.

Primary Working Voltage: AC 415V / 3-Phase / 50Hz.

Hello Maggie. On 4th September 2024 I ordered a Fat Tyre Model S Adult Electric Trike, which was duly delivered to the address of my wife in the Philippines. She has had good service from this trike and it has been a reliable machine. However, last week it ceased to operate and upon being dismantled by a mechanic it was discovered that the planetary gears had stripped their teeth. It is now inoperable.

So, is this machine still covered by your guarantee? I have searched through your website but see no mention of a guarantee on any of your products – just a promise of good after-sales service.

Also, a few months ago the display ceased to operate.
