High rigidity and quality casting iron, and saddle guide-way is coated by TF-material.
Double 55° dovetail guideway is adopted on both Y-axis and Z axis,so it is easy to adjust and easy to repair.
Adopted strengthen rib on both sides of the column that makes the machine rigid and beautiful.
The worktable surface and 3 axis guideway are hardened and precision ground.
Milling head adopts 3HP motor,stadnard spindle 16 step pulley head,optional is variable speed.
