We offer Oak, Beech, Birch, Maple, Walnut, Teak, Zebra, Wenge, Suar, Rubber wood etc wood butcher block tops, we can customize any different size and model according to your request.
Our factory land 6000m², the whole production progress is mechanized:
Logs → Cut into sawn timber → Kiln Dried at 8%-12% moisture → Mositure Content Balance → Materials Choosing → Plan double faces → Cutting into available size sawn panels → Gulleting → Plan 4 faces → Sanding faces to be smooth → Make Fingers → Joint staves into panel from length and then from width → Sand → Base coat and Top coat → Package and Stock
We package each panel with Shrink Wrapping Film, then packaged in strong wood pallet, we use MDF boards and corner protectors around the pallet to promise its stability, when loading into container, we put airbags between each pallet to avoid shake during delivery.
