One: Overview of the design of the fusing machine
This machine is composed of a frame, pneumatic resistance heating parts and motion transmission parts. The control box is composed of a frequency conversion IC microcomputer fuse control system, LCD touch screen, PLC, etc., and the parameters, program time and the size of the fuse current are continuously adjustable. Wire feeding is completed by servo motor, resistance heating; pneumatic clamping and rotation. The control technology is advanced, the running performance is stable, the production size is accurate and the precision is high; it has the function of forward and reverse. This machine is one of the special equipment in the wire rope processing industry.
Two: Main technical requirements and instructions for automatic fuse
1.The fusing material of the fusing machine is a steel wire rope with no cotton thread inside.
2.The diameter of the wire rope is 1-5mm (the wire rope of different specifications needs to be replaced by the melting electrode, the wire feed wheel, the mold, etc., and the machine itself comes with a complete set of molds).
3.The length and size of wire rope cutting can be set arbitrarily.4.Pneumatic components adopt Taiwan Airtac.5.The main electrical components adopt OMRON and so on. The time to replace a set of molds is about 10-20 minutes
