Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line
The process flow of PP pipe production is as following:
Loader → Dryer → Single-screw Extruder→ Mould→ Vacuum &Spraying Cooling Tank →Hauling-off → Cutter → Pipe stacker
This line is suitable to produce painting roller pipe the size from 11to 55mm,thickness wall from 0.8-1.5mm
inner diameter :11.8mm .thickness wall 0.9-1.2mm
inner diameter :38mm ,thickness wall 1mm 1.1mm 1.2mm
inner diameter :44.45mm ,thickness wall 1-1.5mm
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION OF THE PRODUCTION LINE:
