Since its inception in late 2011, ATV® high performance trays have been successfully applied to more than 1000 commercial installations in the refining, petrochemical and chemical industries. ATV® trays have been used in wide range of applications ranging from 0.5 to 10.2 meter tower diameter, 170 to 1100mm tray spacing, a few to more than 200 trays, one to six passes (including three-pass), and in vacuum to high pressure systems. Case 1
The Turkmenistan division of CNPC invited Xiesheng to provide guidance on the installation of the separation section and the demisters of four oil-water separators that Xiesheng designed and manufactured.
Case 2
On October 24, 2021, the startup of the world 's first 400,000 tonnes crude gas to ethylene glycol project (Hami Guanghui project) was successfully completed. The project's main contractor, Wuhuan Engineering Ltd., was able to produce high quality ethylene glycol products with the aid of Xiesheng's high-efficiency separators. The successful completion of this project has significant social effect on promoting carbon reduction.
