I . Equipment Summary
Provide a set of variable pressure vacuum drying and Oil Filling Equipment, horizontal square furnace, single door, Horizontal square tank 8000mm x 4000mm x 3000mm, fully automatic computer control, for oil immersed transformer and electrical products.
The device is based on transformer vacuum Oil Filling and vacuum drying principle, combined with our long-term production practice in transformer manufacturers accumulated experience of design and manufacturing production, mainly for oil immersed transformer active part drying and Oil Filling.
The device by changing the pressure of the drying tank in the drying process, the product is heated evenly, and can release the moisture evaporate in the tank to prevent iron rust, Due to drying step by step, the product will be with small deformation and dry thoroughly. Due to the reasonable structure and technology of the equipment, the drying time is reduced by about 40% compared to the conventional vacuum drying, and the process is reliable, efficient and energy-saving.
According to user's requirements, the following technical proposal is specially prepared for drying and Oil Filling of electrical products at 44KV and below.
