- Basic functions and features
- Multi-power system: Diesel-electric dual power system, diesel-powered driving, motor hydraulically drives each actuator; the diesel engine can retract each actuator when electric power fails.
- Flexibility: The whole machine has a compact structure, multi-speed adjustable, four-wheel drive, strong power and flexible driving and turning in small and medium-size tunnels with various complex working conditions;
- Environmental protection: Equipped with a hydraulic bolting rig, which has the characteristics of low noise and high efficiency;
- Efficiency: Equipped with an bolting rod magzine which can automatically change rods, its automatic net-hanging mechanism realizes automatic net grabbing, lifting and hanging, and improves the overall support efficiency;
- Multiple types of bolting rod compatibility: Except mainly used slit type rod, other types can be optionally matched and customized, such as rebar, water-swelling rods, mechanical rods, etc.;
- Applicability of multi-types of rock drills: the standard configuration is imported and domestic well-known brands, while various types of rock drills from other brands can be selected according to requirements;
- Safety: Equipped with safety protection lift-able roof, fire extinguishing device, emergency parking brake and other various safety warning systems to ensure operational safety while realizing the functions;
- Applicability within the tunnel :the propulsion beam rotates 360 degrees to cover the tunnel face in all directions;
- Maintainability: open cab, modular parts design, reasonable space layout, easy inspection and maintenance;
- Interchangeability: Strong spare parts (hydraulic parts, hoses, joints, lubrication, etc.) versatility and interchangeability with well-known imported rock drilling rig brand;
- Drilling positioning accuracy: The drill arm is equipped with a stable supporting mechanism, and the rock drill is switched in parallel to ensure the centering of the drilling center and the accuracy of drilling and bolt installation.
