Refrigerator Cabinet Foaming Machine by Trailing Chain
Product Summary & Main Parameters:
PU Foaming Line consists of main frame, driver system, foaming framework, pathway of switching mold, lock & unlock structure, automatic injection system, manipulator, solid oven (includes heating and exhuasting system), recognizing model device, secure exhausting device, equipotential ground system, pneumatic system, hydrodynamic system and electrical controlling system, etc.
This type of line operates by straight chain, the working theory is below:
1. Door body & panel are loaded in manual ways,
2. The chain is automatically recognized, the signal order will be sent to foaming machine,
3. Foaming device works by automatic injection,
4. Switching mold and push it into the pathway in cycles,
5. Locking mold by hydraulic cylinder,
6. Solidify by solid oven,
7. Unlocking by hydraulic cylinder,
8. Taking out from solid oven,
9. Unblocking mold and push to the pathway in cycles,
10. Using mainpulator to take the completed cabinet from machine.
