Manufacturing Capacity
We have professional casting workshops and several outsourcing machining sub-contractors. All the casting parts are casted with plastic mould and metal die; impellers are casted by investment casting means,in order to guarantee excellent performance of products. Numerical control machine and all kinds of machining equipment with high precision as well as advanced machining process and excellent management mode can ensure manufacturing of pumps with perfect Performance.
First Class Inspection Ability
We have more than 30 inspection devices such as pump test station with national Level I qualification certificates, advanced balancing machine, metal analyzer, vibration meter, noise meter,roughness meter, hardness meter, paint thickness tester, mechanical seal rotation test and air tightness test devices as well as more than 500 various measurement instruments such as difference gauge, plug gauge, ring gauge, micrometer, tilt meter with high precision to ensure reliable and efficient pumps.

Design standards according to American petroleum institute standard API685.
High standard material application: Permanent magnet (Sm2Co17, Temp. -196~450ºC), Sliding bearing (SSIC), Containment shell(HC-276), Coupling (Wuxi Chuang ming) /German KTR), Electric motor (Nan yang/Jiamusi).
