Crosslinking Fixing Agent
RG-H035 (for pigment paste)
It is a Polyamine polyol low molecular condensate.
Physical and chemical index:
Appearance: Colorless to light brown transparent liquid
Solid content: ≥35.0%
Ionicity: Nonionic/Weak cationic
PH value: 5.0-6.5
Solubility: Can be diluted in any proportion with water
III. Performance feature:
This product can be diluted in any proportion with water, has multi-functional group. Can get a cross linking reaction with chemical and fabric.
IV. Application:
Applied as cross-linking agent of pigment printing paste, it could fix printing color by producing a durable protective film in net structure with the adhesive agent of printing paste. Improve the rubbing fastness and scraping resistance, as well as improve the uniformity of printing paste color yield.
Suggested use:
Recipe example:
Emulsifying paste / water, binder, thickener: Xg
Pigment paste: 100-200g
Urea: 0-400g
Crosslinking fixing agent: 20-50g
Add water to 1000g in total

Preparation method:
- According to 1:5 dilute Cross linking fixing agent RG-H035
- Stir all those of emulsifying paste / water, binder, thickener well, then add pigment paste into it, finally add the diluted crosslinking fixing agent RG-H305 solution, put to use after full stirred.
