TDP-6 Series Single Punch Tablet Press
Working principle of single-punch tablet machine: The single-punch tablet machine is characterized by a small desktop electric continuous tableting machine, which can also be hand-cranked. The pressed tablets have an average thickness and high gloss without polishing. Since the single-punch tablet machine has only one die, it is called a single-punch tablet machine; the filling depth of the material and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted.
This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various granular materials, applicable to lab used for research and development and to small-scale production. as its feature, it is a small desk-top continuous press driven by motor or man-power. Only one set of punch and die is mounted, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted.
