Polypropylene Fiber
a synthetic fiber formed from a polypropylene melt. Polypropylene fiber is generally superior to polyamide fibers in elasticity and resiliency, but it has lower wear resistance. It displays good heat-insulating properties and is highly resistant to acids, alkalies, and organic solvents.
Polypropylene fiber (PP Fiber) is made from polypropylene PP through the process of melt spinning, drawing, curling, heat setting, and cutting.
PP fiber performance:
- Superior moisture conductivity and quick drying, good carding and spinning performance
- Capability to produce soft and moderately tough fabrics with lightweight, good warmth retention,delicate and comfortable feel, acid and alkali resistant.
- Fast melting, good filling and sound insulation performance.
We mainly produce PP fibers and polyester fibers with specifications ranging from 1.5D to 200D and lengths ranging from 5-150mm. Our products come in colors such as white, sky blue, bright red, yellow, black, etc. We can customize according to your samples. The applications includes sanitary non-woven fabrics, spunlace non-woven fabrics, needle punched carpets, electric blanket fabrics, filter fabrics, geotextiles, automotive decorative fabrics, clothing shirts, artificial fur, wool, yarn spinning, etc. Functional polypropylene fibers such as flame retardant polypropylene fiber and hydrophilic polypropylene fibers, etc can be produced.
