This series machine is fully automatic equipment which based on the advanced motor control and PLC control. The PLC is from Mitsubishi Japan which is high quality and stability. The motor we adopt is Delta, which is also from Taiwan.
The main frame of machine is made of thick steel plate and structural steel, which is more reliable and fastness.
Double steel wire knit improve the production into high efficient, unique bending device reduce the error rate, and lighten the burden of operating equipment, and also rise the production efficient.
The machine equipped with advance water cooling system, which can cool the bending mould, and prompt the working stability, and protect the surface of finished products.
Individual mesh collecting device is adopted, to collect the finished mesh through tension control automatic, improve the working efficiency.
