2. The spindle movement is guided by four vertical posts and then makes blades cut stones by regulating the hydro cylinder.
The spindle undergoes heat treatment (high-frequency quenching) and electroplating, which increases the level of hardness and strength and prevents the risk of corrosion.
3. The hydraulic system adopts an integrated gear pump, resulting in higher rotating speed, little inertial force, and long service life.
4. The machine operates automatically through the main control unit consisting of a frequency converter, transformer, AC contactor, and time relay, which can effectively control hydraulic pressure, cutting speed, and machine traveling speed and makes the machine more user-friendly, easier, and safer to operate.

Q. Does machine comes with software?
A. We offer Type3, ArtCAM software with machine.
Q. What other services you can offer to benefit your clients?
A. We can send our engineers to your country for machine installation or trouble -shooting if needed. We help to train your workers in our clients' factory in China or your factory. We design for our clients catalog, brochure, flyer to promote their sales.
Q. What do you do to assure your client get good quality product from you?
A. Quality is as precious as our lives! We have a very strict QC system to make sure our products made properly. We check welding strength of every segment before packing: machines, will receive a free-load running test for 48 hours before loading.
Q. How about delivery of goods to our country?
A: For urgent or small orders with light weight, express courier will be preferable to save time and trouble of goods clearance(door to door); For bulk order or machinery order, by sea(maritime way) is recommended for lower shipping cost. But it takes longer times.
Q. What is the warranty for your products?
A. For machinery: one year from shipping date; For diamond tools: according to quality guarantee(mainly lifespan) of each product respectively.
