Process flow
Material storage rack → the step-by-step pipe moving device moves four steel pipes to the material waiting rack →
the horizontal feeding conveying device rises and horizontally moves the steel pipe to be pressure tested to the pr-
essure testing station of the hydraulic press → clamps → the pressure test heads at both ends move forward → pip-
e end seals → water injection and exhaust → exhaust valve closes → water injection valve closes → pressurization
→ pressure maintenance → pressure relief → pressure test heads at both ends move back → release the clamps →
steel pipes are sent out → next cycle.
