Product Description
For annealing of diameter < 12mm stainless steel or carbon steel wires.
Load capacity. 8 tubes, 12 tubes, 16 tubes, 20 tubes, 24 tubes, 28 tubes or 32 tubes. Can customize-make for special size.
Heating rate. 75 ~ 560KW
Heating source. Electricity or natural gas.
Protection atmosphere. Nitrogen or cracked gases of ammonia.
Electrical control system. PC touch screen.
Recommended configuration. De-coiler + washing machine + preheating section + heating section + cooling section + coiler + electrical control system + ammonia cracker
