Product Description

Heat exchangers are devices that are constructed with thermally conductive materials and are used in heat transfer between fluids. Depending on the model type of the exchanger, the fluids could be in direct contact or separated. Heat exchangers, therefore, facilitate heat transfer for purposes such as cooling or heating of substances that are then utilized in other processes.


Heat exchangers are essential in industrial processes pertaining to the design, operation, and maintenance of heating systems, power generation, air-conditioning systems, chemical processing, engineering, and waste heat recovery systems. The basic concept of heat exchangers is used in the design of boilers meant to heat large spaces by diffusing heat outward from a centralized source.
The exchanger comprises four major parts namely:

The Frontend
      Part through which the fluid enters into the device.

The Rearend
      Part through which the fluid exits.

The Tube Bundle
      Comprise of tie rods and tube sheets for holding the bundle together.

The Shell
      Comprises the tube handle. 

A Shell and Tube heat exchanger is a device in which two fluids, one through the tube side and the other through the shell side, circulating at different temperature conditions, exchange heat through the walls of the tubes, without direct contact between them. These equipment are widely used in chemical process industries, especially in refineries, because of the numerous advantages they offer over other types of heat exchangers, for example:
-The pressures and pressure drops can be varied over a wide range.
-Thermal stresses can be accommodated inexpensively
-There is substantial flexibility regarding materials of construction to accommodate corrosion and other concerns.
-Cleaning and repair are relatively straightforward (easily dismantled)

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood cases. If your goods have one container, the goods can be packed without plywood, just be wrapped with the film to load.

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A:  FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
