This equipment is chocolate beans forming equipment .It is our company's latest research and development of new products. The machine is simple and stable in operation, strong in continuity and compact in overall design.A.Usage and Structure
The whole production adopt liquid chocolate as raw materials to make chocolate beans fetal core.
The production line of chocolate bean is divided into several parts: the Heat preservation feeding tank (automatic feeding System), the forming roller-mold, the conveyor, rim removing drum, refrigeration unit for cooling and polishing&coating pans.
B.Working Principle
The chocolate slurry stored in the holding tank is streamed to the molding die at a constant speed through the feed pouring head. The forming mould quickly solidified the chocolate pulp through the ultra-low temperature. The core material rolled into various shapes falls on the low temperature conveyor belt. After a period of cooling. After the tire core is fully formed, the conveyor belt sends the chocolate bean to the plastic screen. The plastic screen can be used to dispose the chocolate core burrs. The raw material is recycled by a special device. After the concentrated collection of chocolate beans, put into the polishing machine for polishing treatment. The chocolate sauce thus completes the whole process of forming the chocolate bean
