1.USE:
Mainly used to produce U-PVC, C-PVC Huge Calibre Pipe for supply and drain water.
Composed of double screw extruder, pipe die, vacuum sizing device, multi-pedrails hauling machine, cutting machine and stacker;
Choose conical or parallel double screw extruder according to different demands.
2.Advantages of PVC pipes:
1. Excellent in chemical corrosion, no rust;
2. With self extinguishing and flame retardant;
3. Excellent in anti aging, can be used 20years to 50 years between the temperature from subzero 15 to 60 degrees Celsius;
4. Wall is smooth, inner wall surface tension, it is difficult to form scale, the fluid transport capacity of 43.7% higher than the cast iron pipe;
5. The weight is light, easy to flaring, bonding, bending, welding, pipe installation workload is only 1 / 2 to the steel pipes, low labor intensity, short duration;
6. Good electrical properties of resistance, volume resistance of 1 to 3 x 105Ω.cm, breakdown voltage 23 to 2kv/mm;
7. The toughness of PVC pipe is low, linear expansion coefficient is high, operating temperature range is narrow.

The barrel and screw is of building block type, full intermeshing type screw is easy to clean. The screws are able to arrange according to the different plastic material, has the advantages of interchangeability, strong adaptability, good mixing, plasticization and exhaust. The material of the screw can be 38CrMoALA, under nitridation treatment; or made of alloy bushing which is anti-wear. The heating of barrel is by cast aluminum, cooled by water. The motor can be DC motor, equipped with silicon controlled speed regulator or British Eurotherm 590 speed regulator; or AC motor frequency speed regulator. The temperature controller is Japan RKC brand or China famous brand.
