Product Description
Shell and Tube

Brief introduction:

    Shell and tube hot air furnaces consist of several linearly and horizontally arranged bundles of tubes. The high-temperature zone of flue gas employs jet-flow pipe (made of refractory steel) as the heat exchange structure, moderate-temperature zone uses regular pipe material. To reduce the temperature of the flue gas, it is feasible to deploy an additional heat pipe exchanger or to change the tube material and structure. The temperature of the hot air could reach 650 ºC.

Working principle:

1. The hot flue gas from either the burned coals or the coal gas enters the tube bundle heat exchanger.
2. Hot flue gas flows through each tube bundle to the outlet. At the same time, air enters in the opposite direction, flowing through each tube bundle for successive temperature rises before reaching the air outlet.


Performance & features:

1. Outlet hot air temperature: 350-650 degrees Celsius.
2. Outlet heat: 600,000 to 6,000,000 kcal/h.
3. Working as a heat source for various drying and calcining equipment. 


Jet-Flow Cylindrical

Brief introduction:

   A jet stream cylindrical furnace is a new type of high-temperature hot air furnace made of several layers of cylinders. At the interlayer, heat transfer occurs between the flue gas and the hot air. Jet streams are used to achieve higher heat transfer efficiency.
