The Digi-Fill uses a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amounts of gels or liquids into containers.
The volume, speed, filling time can be set.
Each filling can be fast first and slow later, bubble cam be eliminated.
Sealed waterproof control panel; Setting parameters and displaying working state are on screen by slightly touching.
20 sizes data can be stored.
Pump unit easily dismantled for cleaning.
Can be extending to use in conveyor on line.
