Pneumatic Conveying System
System introduction: This system generally adopts the roots blower as gas source, rotary feeder or injector as feeding device, the material is entered into the pipeline material feeding device, mixed with high speed air low after delivery to the end of the bunker, through material gas separation plant filtered gas atmosphere. This system is suitable for conveying distance is shorter (300 meters), multiple closed bin engineering.
System advantage: Stable, easy to transport from one place to others dispersedly, and positive pressure of the pipeline, even pipeline leakage nor damage to the conveying of materials.

Specially designed for long distance conveying of cement and other fine powders, the dense phase conveying system is an easy retrofit to an operation accustom to screw pumps.
Since smaller compressors are required for its operation, energy savings are a result over the more traditional conveying methods. With its simple design and versatility, cement conveying and other building materials, dense phase conveying systems are typically simple and economical in design and implementation.
Dense phase pneumatic conveying requires smaller compressors, lower air consumption, and smaller exhaust fans. Also the method of moving the material at slower velocities extends the pipe duct life.
