The Inline High Shear Emulsifier Pump with precision finishing for the working head are widely used in chemical production, liquid with liquid, liquid with powder. With high emulsifying efficiency, processing time gets quite shorter.
Features:
1, three-layers of stator and rotor separately, suitable for industrial production in line,
2, applicable for liquid product with various materials and large capacity
3, according to PH, the material can be sus304 or sus316L stainless steel
4, precision finishing rotor-stator which is linear cutting
5, ideal gap between rotor-stator, advanced processing result and short working time
6, Double mechanical seal and water protector can be configured
7, ex-proof (option)
8, Connection Option: Steel Connection or Elastic Connection etc.
