Nickel-based Alloy Barrel

Bimetallic barrel a layer of 2-3mm abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy on the inner wall of the barrel. Its effective life time is greatly improved compared with ordinary nitriding barrels. For processing engineering plastics, fluoroplastics, polysulfones, PPO and other 
special types of plastics and powder metallurgy injection, the superiority of bimetallic barrels is particularly undisputed.

In 2009, we successfully developed the vacuum sintered nickel-based alloy barrel (SBK5 series). The life time is longer than the one of the iron-based alloy barrels. It is the most abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant barrel in China. 

 
SBK5 series: nickel-based alloy barrel with vacuum sintering cladding process.The base material is made of 4140 alloy structural steel and the alloy powder is selected from the United States Wall Colmonoy Corporation nickel base alloy.
