Rigid B2 Grade PU foam Chemicals polyurethane spray foam for LNG or LPG Ships Insulation

LC-6024 is spray blend polyols, blowing agent is CFC free, it reacts with isocyanate to produce foam which has excellent performances, which are as follows,
  1) fine and uniformity cells
  2) low thermal conductivity
  3) perfect flame resistance
  4) good low temperature dimensional stability.

It applies to all kinds of thermal insulation engineering which uses the spray technology, such as cold rooms, pots, large-scale pipelines and construction metope etc.

Handling and Storage
LC-6024 should be protected from moisture by keeping containers sealed when not in use. Drums have to be stored indoors to protect the material from water ingress, frost and direct heat from the sun. Under temperature conditions and in properly sealed containers ,the storage life of the polyol is 6 months and 12 months for DFISO6024.
The optimum storage temperature should be 10-25ºC.
