Q 1. What's the payment term?
A. We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.
Q 2. How's the delivery time?
A. If we have stock in our warehouse, we will ship the products as soon as they are ready. If you need to customize or purchase in large quantity, it usually takes 7-15 days for product lead time.
Q 3. Tell me the standard of package?
A. For the small capacity, it use carton, but for big capacity, we would use cartons and strong pallet for protection.
Q 4. What is the MOQ?
A. We have fixed MOQ for each of our products. But if you need less, it's okay, as we will change the price according to your quantity.
Q 5. Would you accept to use our logo?
A. OEM is acceptable only if the quantity is reasonable.
