Product Description
The cryogenic gate valve, a vital component for ethylene, liquefied natural gas, and other chemical devices, is engineered for exceptional performance in extreme environments. This valve is available in two main types: the cryogenic floating ball valve and the cryogenic standing ball valve, each crafted to meet the specific demands of cryogenic applications. The innovative long-necked structure is designed for optimal function at temperatures not exceeding -50ºC. For temperatures dropping below -50ºC, it is ingeniously applied to safeguard the stuffing box. This strategic placement ensures the stuffing box remains safely distanced from extreme cold, preserving its integrity. To further enhance sealing performance, the addition of cold insulation material can effectively prevent the loss of cold energy, making it indispensable for applications in ethylene, liquefied natural gas, and other chemical apparatus.
