Precision oven/Precision Aging test chamber it is suitable for testing, storage, drying and heat treatment of aviation, aerospace, electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials under high temperature conditions.
2. Temperature control system
The temperature control is a PID microcomputer program control instrument, which can automatically calculate, PV/SV can be displayed at the same time, and can be set by buttons to set multiple temperature and time values;
The output is 12V;
The current controller is SSR contactless RELAY; (solid-state relay controls power output,),
The heating material is a combination of high-temperature resistant stainless steel and high-temperature heating wire;
Temperature range RT+50~600ºC (commonly within 550ºC);

5. Air supply system
Forced air supply circulation; the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, sending the hot air from the upper air duct on the back to the inner box of the oven, and then sucked into the air duct at the lower back to become the air source for recirculation heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensure the temperature uniformity in the box. When the door opening or closing causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can be used to quickly restore the operating state temperature value;
The motor is a long-axis high-temperature-resistant special type with a horse rate of 1/2hp/50Hz;
The fan is a multi-blade turbine type 1 set;
Equipped with adjustable air deflectors.
There is a set of air inlets at the rear and a set of air exhaust outlets on the top. The air intake and exhaust volume can be manually adjusted.
