8. Package Detail 1) Slab: plastic inside + strong seaworthy wooden bundle outside
2) Tile: foam inside + strong seaworthy wooden crates with reinforced straps outside
3) Countertop: foam inside + strong seaworthy wooden crates with reinforced straps outside
9. Payment Terms: 30% by T/T in advance, balance by T/T before shipment

1) Our quartz is ultra-durable, it won't crack, scrach, or get chipped easily. It's possible to scratch or chip quartz, but due to its hard composition, the chances of damage occuring from regular, everyday use are minimal.
2) Daily cleaning for quartz is so simple. All that's needed is a soft cloth or sponge and a little warm water too keep surfaces neat and spotless. For bigger messes, adding a little gentle dish soap or cleanser to a rag or sponge will do the trick.
