Pharmacologic action: Pharmacodynamics Hemagglutinin (HCG) belongs to the hormone class and has follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) like effects. For female animals, it mainly shows follicle-stimulating hormone-like effect, promotes the development and maturation of follicles, and causes estrus of female animals. There is also a mild luteinizing tin-like effect, promoting mature follicle ovulation or even superovulation. For male animals, the main performance of luteogenesis, can increase androgen secretion, improve sexual excitement
