Modular non-welded structure
The installation is simple and fast. It adopts shock absorber pads and limit blocks, no foot bolts are required, which is more stable and has a longer service life.
All-in-one motor installation The crusher has installed the motor frame when it leaves the factory. It is integrated with the crusher, which reduces the synchronous movement of the crusher and the motor and increases its service life.
Structural optimization: After optimizing the structure of the new jaw crusher, it obtains a larger stroke than that of ordinary crushers, so its output is higher.
Convenient adjustment: mechanical and hydraulic wedges are used to adjust, and the crusher gap can be quickly adjusted whether it is working or down. There is no need to add pads, which is more efficient.
Enlarge the bearing: The new jaw crusher adopts 4 bearings of the same size, which is larger and has a longer service life than other ordinary crusher models of the same specification
