YT-LLI paper bowl making machine is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology from home and abroad. It is an automatic multi-working-s-ation machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting. This machine adopt ultrasonic system to seal the cup-side body, so it is suitable for making big size paper bowl, such as soup bowl, fast noodle bowl etc. The procedure as following: Automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, knurling, curling and bowl discharging.
