PP hollow building formwork plastic building formwork is an energy-saving green environmental protection product. It is a new replacement product after wood formwork, composite steel formwork, bamboo-wood plywood formwork and all-steel large formwork. It can completely replace the traditional steel formwork, wood formwork, square wood, while the amortization cost is low.
Formwork characteristics
1. Smooth and cleaness. Formwork splicing is tight and smooth. After demoulding, the surface finish of concrete exceeds that of clear water formwork. It does not need secondary plastering and saves labor and material.
2. Easy to use. Light weight and strong process adaptability,meanwhile it can be sawed, planed, drilled, nailed,which means arbitrary geometry changing in order to meet the needs of various shapes of building formwork.
3. Simple demoulding. The concrete does not touch the surface of the slab, so it can be easily demoulded without demoulding agent, and it is easy to clear ash.
4. High strength of stable weatherproof machinery. Under the temperature range from minus 20 to 60 degrees, it never shrink, expand, crack and deform, and still with stable size , flame retardant and waterproof.
5. Favorable for maintenance. The formwork does not absorb water and does not need special maintenance or storage.
6. Strong variability. Species, shapes and specifications can be customized according to the requirements of construction projects.
7. Reducing costs. Because it has more turnaround times, such as plane formwork no less than 30 times, column and beam formwork no less than 40 times, so the cost is low.
8. Energy saving and environmental protection. Side materials and waste plates can be recycled.

If as Top Plastic Building Formwork Support: The secondary beam spacing is determined according to the thickness of the slab. Under general construction conditions, the secondary beam spacing (center spacing) of slabs less than 150 thickness is 350-400 mm, and the secondary corrugation spacing (center spacing) of 150-250 mm thick slabs is 300 mm. Compared with the normal bamboo plywood formwork, the spacing of secondary beam is increased by 50 mm, and the flatness deviation of concrete surface is smaller, which really achieves the effect of clear water concrete.
Shear wall plastic building formwork support: taking the wall height of 2800 and wall thickness of 300 as examples, the vertical secondary spacing (center spacing) of 12mm formwork is 250 mm, and that of 15mm formwork is 300 mm. Compared with normal bamboo plywood formwork, the distance between secondary beam and the flatness deviation of concrete surface are basically the same, but the surface of concrete is smooth, and the effect of PP formwork is the sameas clear water concrete, so the visual quality is better.
