Product Description
1. High tensile strength and modulus: Tensile strength can be 1100 Mpa and modulus is 10 GPa.
2. Pretty good high temperature anti-knock performance: Friction and wear Resistant.
3. Excellent chemical resistance: Tensile strength can still keep 99 per cent of itself when it is in 10 per cent sodium hydroxide alkaline environment.
4. Extremely wide using temperatures: It can stand temperatures from -45 to 95 Celsius.
 
After adding POM(Polyformaldehyde/Polyoxymethylene) fiber, UHPC(Ultra High Performance Concrete) parts can achieve the following features:
1. Lightweight: The density of POM fiber is 1.41 g/cm³, while that of steel fiber is 7.8 g/cm³.
2. Toughened: The damage of matrix brittle without warning will be decreased.
3. Durable and rust free: Alkali resistant since POM fibers are mixed in UHPC.
4. Easy to shape: When UHPC parts are shaping, they can maintain high liquidity due to good interface affinity.
5. Filled evenly and densely: Dispersion of POM fiber is very good. It has higher stiffness and dispersibility, and lower air entrainment than other types of fibers.
6. Safe to use: As there is no risk of exposed fibers in finished products, they can be touched directly.
