Scope of Application
Suitable for automatic folding and automatic dispensing of box draw facial tissue, soft draw facial tissue and cotton soft towel.
Description of main technical parameters
1.Unwinding, crimping, embossing/gluing lamination (optional), folding, and picking (optional) are completed in one piece, making the operation simple and easy to master;
2.Adopting servo tracking unwind, effectively controlling the tension, so that the folding effect is better and the size is more accurate;
3.Adopting pressure stabilizing technology, the fan is equipped with frequency converter (or energy-saving fan), which should automatically adjust the air volume when folding speed is needed, and can save energy by 30%;
4.Fixed stopping position technology, no need to open the fan does not drop the paper when stopping (or micro-air volume suction), greatly reducing energy consumption and paper waste due to the black spot for a long time downtime;
5.Adopting new type of rear paper holder, pneumatic paper loading or motor winch lifting paper loading, which greatly reduces the labor intensity;
