Function
This machine is used to thermal bond the web from cross lapper by melting the low melt fiber by hot air penetration.
Heating source: Electricity heating; gas burner heating, diesel oil burner heating
Installed capacity: 62.4kw( electricity heating power according to oven width and length)
Characteristics:
(1) Top-blowing and bottom-suction, bottom-blowing and top suction alternately to evenly thermal bond through the wadding and ensure the uniform surface.
(2) Burners are directly connected to the suction fan by stainless steel pipe to improve the mixing effect of the heated air.
(3) Upper air channel uses Teflon soft connections to achieve excellent sealing during hot air circulation.
(4) Unique design for thermal insulation layer so as to achieve the best insulating result, reducing heat loss.
