Tarpaulin welding machine mainly includes three parts: the main device(equipped several heating head), foot pedal and roller car. The number of heating head and roller car can be determined by the order requirement.
Each heating head is equipped with a fan, which uses Autonics thermostat(the South Korea brand) to control, achieving high precision temperature control, the temperature tolerance is +/-1 degree. The main shaft is made from large diameter seamless steel pipe, which is plated with silver, ensuring the stable performance of the equipment in the high-speed operation. Our machine equipped a specific monitor, which can start and stop the machine at once, this can be highly efficient.

1: functions: to joint raw rolls together, seam jointing in the middle, edge welding with rope insert.
2: suitable for materials: PP PE PVC tarpaulin, canvas, tent, Pe film...as long as it is laminated.
3: hot air type, 0 to 650 degree, adjusting depending on gsm or thickness of fabric.
4: including roll rack, foot pedal and main machine with several heating head.
5: Pneumatic type, working air pressure 0.6 to 0.8Mpa, need to work with air compressor, buyer need to prepare by himself or we can sell to him with machine together.
6: each head can be moved to left or right side as required.
