The inverter water cooled screw chiller adopts the industry leading twin-rotor screw compressor, environmentally-friendly R134a refrigerant and vi optimizing inverter technology

Product Advantages

1. Vi Optimizing Inverter Technology of Midea's Independently-developed Inverter Twin Screw
Mide's independently-developed volume ratio optization control technology integrates the charactertstict curves of a compressor, inverter and motor, and maximizes the performance and reliablity of the inverter screw compressor. The maximum isentropic efficiency is 76%, far higher than other adlusmemt methods.


2. Parallel Dual Compressor Design
The dual-compressor unit is designed with the prllel system of double compressors, and the total heat exchange area is used to greatly improve the operatlon eficiency when the single compressor operates. (Customiation of non-parallel system accepted)

3.Full Flling Flm Evaporation Technology
First ceated full filling film vaporator reduces the refrigrant charge amount.
Spray falling film technology allows the refrigerant to form a liquid film on the surface of the efficient heat enchange tube to implement flim state evaporaton and greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator.
The refrigerant distritutor is specially designed to avoid uneven liquid distribution and prevent local pipe dryness(Patent Na:21120134421.5)
