I Product overview
Main composition: The equipment mainly includes 1 set of 1200kw, 380V, 50HZ KGPS medium frequency power supply cabinet, 1 sets of GW1.5T Aluminium shell furnace which can obtain a full power output of 1200kw, each furnace can melt 1.5ton cast iron in about 50 minutes.(if you require to melt other kinds of metal, please mention)
The power cabinet adopts the GGD type standard cabinet structure. The three-section sub-cabinet is fixed on a slot base, and is also connected with each other through the fixing parts to form a whole. The electrical components installed inside mainly include low-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, fast fuses, rectifiers, inverters, and various control transformers and drive components. Various display instruments and operation buttons are installed on the electric cabinet door. The main control board, which is the core of the control system, is also installed on the electric cabinet door.
