This gauze sponge folding machine(gauze swab folding machine / gauze compress folding machine / medical gauze pad folding machine), is suitable to fold gauze swab with FOLDED edge automatically, also called Hospital folding type / American folding type, with automatic quantity counting.
The simple size of gauze compress it can make is as following:
5x5cm - 4ply,8ply,12ply,16ply;
7.5x7.5cm - 4ply,8ply,12ply,16ply;
10x10cm - 8ply,12ply,16ply;
10x20cm - 8ply,12ply;
etc.
Production line:
5x5cm: normal model for 2 lines, extend model for 3 lines;
7.5x7.5cm: normal model for 2 lines, extend model for 3 lines;
10x10cm: normal model for 2 lines, extend model for 3 lines;
Other special dimension can be designed and made on user's request.
